How to start a return
Email us at support@velsa.us with your order number and a short note about the issue. We will reply within 1 business day with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive your returned item we will inspect it and process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. You will get an email as soon as it is done.
